Using Momentum
Momentum is currently provided as a free focus and timer tool. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the service or interfere with other people's use of it.
Not medical or safety-critical
Momentum offers general productivity support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it should not be relied on as an emergency, medication, cooking, or other safety-critical alarm.
Local data and availability
The app is provided “as is” without a promise that it will always be available or error-free. Your browser stores the current version's data locally, so clearing browser data, changing devices, or browser failures may remove it. Keep any information you cannot afford to lose elsewhere.
Changes
The app and these terms may change as Momentum develops. Updated terms will show a new effective date on this page. Continuing to use Momentum after a change means you accept the updated terms.
